  Horrible! We just popped in for a drink and to peruse the menu of the newly reopened 20 Railroad. Although the drink was fine, the service was lacking. When we went to pay a bill on one $11 drink, we neither received a bill nor ultimately the correct change. We were short almost $3. When we pointed out the inaccuracy, we were told there was .75 tax and then were questioned when we still had the wrong change. Never have we purchased a drink at a bar and then paid additional tax and nor made to feel unreasonable for asking a question or pointing out a miscalculation made by the waitstaff. We were insulted and will not return.

  The asparagus salad was devoid of asparagus and all I ate was grass... One stalk and no tip...the Ruben was overly spiced and came with French fries although the waitress suggested we get a side order of fries. Duh! Service was slooooow at our neighbor tables and ours and much food was left uneaten.
